Need another good idea for a party favor or gift?
I can always depend on my friend, Sue, for stimulating, fun ideas. This week was no different and even though I just got back from Texas and should be getting ready for the work week I spent time today repurposing #6 recyclable plastic cups into fun pendants with the help of a tutorial at Dollar Store Crafts.

I'm wearing mine to work tomorrow. Who says the first day back after vacation is a drag?
Can't wait to see pictures of the ones you make!

Hope you had a nice vacation.
Ohh... I never thought that plastic cups can be used like this. This is just amazing and fantastic.

Did you use an exacto knife to cut the center out?
Sue, I started it with the exacto and ended up doing most of it with a little pair of scissors. If you use the exacto, little up and down movements work best.
Not being as clever as I wish I was...how about a tutorial on how to do this. Didn't see it over on Sue's blog. Point me in the right direction please.
