Jim, the chef around here, fixed a wonderful Valentine's dinner for us from two recipes in the local paper. I said a chicken mushroom dish was in my future after the farmer's market and this was it-Poulet Clemenceau by Chef Lowe! He boned the chicken himself ( I consider it a great accomplishment and I have NEVER done it). The salad is from Dominic Serratore. The strawberries added a nice red touch for the day of love.
